We're passionate about quality and service because of our lifelong commitment to the food service and catering industry. The owner and founder Todd Dikoff, aka Big Daddy D, started his culinary career with two years of chef school and has thrived in the industry for 34 years. He was an executive chef for 11 years and even owned his own restaurant, a well-known local favorite on Lake Mitchell, for 17 years. While cooking as an executive chef he catered to large groups people, anywhere from 30 to 1000 guests. Todd knows how to treat you, your family, and closest friends to a night you'll remember for years to come.
